Delays caused by incorrect documentation or client error
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made in full prior to shipment.
5. Customs & Compliance
We provide assistance with customs clearance; however, the final responsibility lies with the client to ensure that cargo complies with all local and international import/export regulations.
Any fines, penalties, or seizures arising from regulatory violations are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Liability & Insurance
Trans World Logistics is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by:
Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather
Carrier or third-party negligence/errors
Political unrest, strikes, war, or customs inspections
Clients are strongly encouraged to request cargo insurance if additional coverage beyond standard liability limits is required.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds will be issued depending on the shipmentβs status and services already rendered.
Handling, administrative, and processing fees may be deducted.
